学校正式成立于1910年， 位于Saskatchewan 省省会Regina市。下属有三个学院， 分别是 Campion College, Luther College, and SIFC( Saskatchewan Indian Federated College), 四季分明，冬季最低气温约零下25摄氏度，夏季平均气温约26摄氏度。
