1、Q吧主题鲜明，在“粉丝团”、“兴趣（含汽车体育等）”、“情感”、“时尚生活”、“游戏”5大分类中，不考虑内容大而泛的Q吧
2、Q吧在2007年的内容建设情况（栏目设置合理、无灌水贴、无无聊帖和哗众取宠帖）
3、Q吧在2007年的规模建设情况（Q吧的等级，积分，成员数量的情况）
4、Q吧活跃度（系统后台的活跃用户数、发贴数、回帖数的综合分值）

1、以下排名不分先后
2、2007年12月新开吧未列入此次活动甄选，请参加下一年的活动
