1、 意识到到自己很生气,你的情绪已经过激了;
2、 认识到自己的推理能力已经大受局限;
3、 控制自己的语言和行为:过激时所产生的伤害远比好处大。即使极度愤怒时,也要认识到你的行为可能产生自己都无法解决的长期后果;
4、 面对使自己愤怒的对象,不要做任何行动;
5、 清楚明确地表述自己的想法;
6、 给对方以解释的机会;
7、 把使自己愤怒的对象单独留在一个空间或者让他和一个友善的人在一起;
8、 把自己的注意力从压力环境中转移开:你可以去看一会儿自己喜欢的电视频道,读一会儿书,听会广播等,或者吃一些自己喜爱的甜点,投入到自己的爱好或者喜欢的工作当中去;
9、 一杯冰水对降低火气尤其有效……
How to Stop Reacting in Hot Anger
We sometimes get angry with family members, at work and in other situations. Life is made that way. But whether you are right or wrong in your anger, you need to control yourself, for you risk to make irreparable damages in your words and actions.You can compromise your job, ruin your business, endanger your relationships, etc and end up worse off than you intended, because of uncontrolled anger.
Steps
- Realize that you are angry and that you are emotionally charged.
- Recognize your reasoning power is significantly hampered.
- Control your language and actions.They may produce more harm than good.Even though you are hot angry,recognize your actions may have long term consequences you may not be capable to solve.
- Restrain yourself from any action against the target of your anger.
- Speak your mind clearly and unequivocally.
- Give the chance to the other to express themselves
- Leave the target of your anger to a lonely place or to a friendly person.
- Divert your attention form the stressful situation by watching your favorite channel, book ,radio station,etc or eating your favorite snacks, engaging in your favorite hobby or work.
- A glass of plain cool Water is surprisingly highly effective.
